the Price will vary depending on a ground floor, first or higher level install, pipeline run and AC brand unit required.
This is one of the most popular installations, providing efficient heating and cooling for a downstairs living area and an upstairs bedroom or home office.
Larger rooms may require higher-capacity units, typically available in 2.5kW, 5kW and 7kW sizes, or a multiply of these. For multiple rooms, a multi-split system may be the most suitable solution.

What Affects the Price?
Your quotation will depend on several factors, including:
• length of Refrigerant pipe needed.
• Brand of units.
• type of unit, high wall, floor mounted or ducted.
• Outdoor unit location.
• Ease of access to rooms.
• Condensate drain routes.
• Decorative trunking requirements.
• Wall construction.
• Whether scaffolding, access towers or specialist access equipment is required.
These guidelines are based on entry level AC systems. premium / specialist systems will increase in price.
please note an electrical point on the exterior is also needed, this point needs to be a rotator isolator of the correct fuse size for the exterior unit. interior units draw power from the external unit.

All systems provide both cooling during the summer and highly efficient heating throughout the winter, being 3-4 times more efficient than a gas boiler in our winters on the south coast (between -3 - 5 degrees).
